Cancellation Policy

We understand that you may need to revise or cancel your order, and we will do our best to assist you.

Cancellations Before Dispatch:
You may request cancellation within 2 hours of placing your order, provided that the order has not been processed or dispatched. Please write to support@taaraasya.com with your order number.

Orders Already Dispatched:
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, the order will fall under our Exchange Policy.

Cancellations by Taaraasya:
We reserve the right to cancel an order due to:

• Product unavailability
• Incorrect pricing or listing errors
• Payment verification issues
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity
• Delivery restrictions to your location

In such cases, you will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method.

Refund Timelines:
Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed within 7-10 business days.
