This record is created digitally and does not require any physical or digital signatures. These Terms and Conditions shall be read together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Exchange Policy, and Cancellation Policy, which together constitute a legally binding agreement.

These Terms and Conditions are published pursuant to Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011, which requires the publication of rules, regulations, privacy policy, and terms governing access or usage of www.taaraasya.com (“Website”).

The Website is owned and operated by Taaraasya and/or its affiliates (“Taaraasya”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not use the Website.

Taaraasya reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of updates.

2. ELIGIBILITY

Use of the Website, including making purchases, is permitted only for individuals who are at least 18 years of age or of permissible legal age as defined by applicable laws (“Permissible Age”). By using the Website, you represent and warrant that you meet the Permissible Age requirement.

We do not intentionally collect, solicit, or provide services to individuals below the Permissible Age. If we become aware that a minor is using the Website, we will restrict access and delete any associated information. 4. PRICING AND PAYMENT

Prices displayed on the Website are listed in INR. Payments must be made in the currency displayed at checkout.

Prices are exclusive of all indirect taxes, including GST/VAT. For international orders, additional customs duties or taxes may apply based on your country's import regulations. These charges, if applicable, are borne by the customer and will be collected by the courier partner at the time of delivery.

As silver and gemstones are commodities subject to market fluctuations, product prices may change without notice. The pricing of handcrafted products may also vary due to artisanal variations or changes in raw material rates. Taaraasya reserves the right to modify or discontinue products or pricing at any time without prior notice.

5. ONLINE PAYMENT

All payments on the Website are processed securely through authorised payment gateway partners. Taaraasya does not store complete card or UPI credentials and is not responsible for any breach occurring at the payment gateway level. Taaraasya accepts payments only in Indian Rupees (INR) and through the following methods: Net banking, debit cards, credit cards, UPI, Google Pay, and Amazon Pay (wallet). Once you place an order, our system initiates payment verification and product availability checks before the transaction is fully processed. In cases where an order cannot be fulfilled after payment - due to stock unavailability, technical issues, or any other reason- you will be notified by email, and the amount paid will be refunded to your original payment method. 

6. ORDER OF PRODUCTS

Products displayed on the Website constitute an invitation to offer. Your order placement is considered an offer to purchase, which we may accept or reject at our discretion.

Acceptance occurs only when the product is dispatched. If products are shipped in multiple consignments, each dispatch constitutes separate acceptance.

While we strive for accuracy in product images, colours, and dimensions, variations may occur due to screen display differences or the handcrafted nature of the jewellery. All dimensions listed are approximate. Images are for representational purposes only.

Product availability is subject to change. We may limit quantities, fulfill only part of an order, or decline an order based on stock availability.

Notification of order confirmation, dispatch, or cancellation will be sent to your registered email ID.

7. DELIVERY SCHEDULE

8. YOUR OBLIGATIONS

By using the Website, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, true, and complete information during registration and checkout.

  •  Ensure successful delivery by providing correct address and contact details.
  • Review product descriptions carefully before placing an order.
  • Use the Website lawfully and refrain from attempting unauthorized access to any systems, networks, or databases associated with Taaraasya.
  • Allow Taaraasya to validate the information you provide; false information may lead to termination of your account and cancellation of orders without liability.

Re-delivery due to incorrect information provided by you will be subject to the shipping terms outlined on our Website.

9. RESTRICTIONS & CANCELLATIONS

Taaraasya may, at its discretion, limit the quantity or value of products purchased per customer, card, or shipping address.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to stock limitations, inaccuracies in product or pricing, suspicion of fraudulent activity, or inability to process payment. Additional verification or information may be requested before accepting an order.

If an order is cancelled after payment is made, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

10. SALE AND PROMOTIONS

All sale or promotional offers are subject to terms specified by Taaraasya. Products under sale are available only while stocks last and may be modified, replaced, or discontinued without prior notice.

Returns or exchanges for sale items will follow the policies outlined in our Return & Exchange Policy.

Taaraasya reserves the right to revise, withdraw, or replace promotional terms without prior notice.

11. PRIVACY

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and safeguard your personal information. By using the Website, you acknowledge that your Personal Data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

Content may be downloaded only for personal, non-commercial use. No right or license is transferred to you by such downloading.

16. PROFANITY POLICY

Taaraasya prohibits the use of offensive, hateful, racist, obscene, or inappropriate language on the Website or in any communication with us. Reports of violations may be submitted to the grievance officer.

17. TERMINATION

You may terminate your use of the Website at any time by notifying us in writing at support@taaraasya.com.

Taaraasya may terminate your access without notice if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must discontinue Website use and destroy any downloaded content. Termination does not cancel obligations related to previously placed orders or payment obligations.

18. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
All disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, Haryana.

19. ARBITRATION

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be referred to a sole independent arbitrator appointed by Taaraasya. Arbitration proceedings will be conducted in Gurugram, Haryana, in English, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

20. GENERAL PROVISIONS

These Terms do not create any partnership or agency between you and Taaraasya. Notices to you may be sent via email or postal mail based on the details you provided. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining Terms will continue in full effect.

Taaraasya may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms without requiring your consent.

Any provision that should survive termination will continue after termination.

21. INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Taaraasya, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of laws or third-party rights.

22. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Taaraasya shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the Website, even if advised of such possibilities. Use of the Website is at your own risk.

Without prejudice to the foregoing, the maximum aggregate liability of Taaraasya, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statutory duty, or otherwise, shall in no event exceed the total amount paid by you to Taaraasya for the product(s) giving rise to the claim during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to such liability.
