Shipping Policy

At Taaraasya, each piece is handcrafted by skilled artisans, and we want your jewellery to reach you safely and on time. This Shipping Policy outlines how your orders are processed, shipped, and delivered across India.

Processing Time:
Once your order is placed, it typically takes 2-3 business days for us to process and dispatch it. During festivals, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is any delay, we will notify you.

Delivery Partners:
All domestic orders within India are shipped through our shipping aggregator Shiprocket, using trusted courier partners such as DTDC , Xpressbees, Delhivery, Shadowfax etc.
For remote or non-serviceable pin codes where these couriers cannot deliver, we ship via India Post to ensure maximum coverage. 

Delivery Timelines:

For most pincodes across India, delivery is completed within 6 - 7 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary based on courier coverage, location, and external factors such as weather, operational delays, or unforeseen circumstances. In rare cases where delays occur, we actively work with our delivery partners to resolve the issue within 60 days. If we are unable to resolve the delay within this period, a refund will be issued for your order.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for most pin codes across India at an additional charge of ₹100. COD availability is subject to courier partner serviceability for your specific pin code.

Shipping Charges:

  •  Free shipping on all orders above ₹5,000
  •  For orders below ₹5,000, standard shipping charges of 100 will apply

Order Tracking:
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking message via email or WhatsApp. You can monitor your shipment on the courier partner’s tracking page until it reaches you.

Delivery Attempts:
Our courier partners will attempt delivery to the address provided. If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal, re-delivery may incur additional charges. Please ensure your contact details and address are accurate at checkout.

Packaging:
Every Taaraasya piece is packaged securely to prevent damage during shipping. As our jewellery is handcrafted, slight variations may occur and are not considered defects.
