Exchange Policy

Taaraasya is committed to ensuring that you are happy with every piece you receive from us. Before requesting an exchange, we request that you take a moment to understand how our jewellery is made. Each Taaraasya piece is handcrafted by traditional silver Karigars/Artisans across India, which means that every item is unique. Slight variations in finish, detailing, stone shape, colour tone, or texture are natural features of handcrafted jewellery and should not be considered defects.

All products undergo a multi-stage quality check before dispatch and therefore we do not offer refunds. We only accept Exchange on a product up to the same value or above. 

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following cannot be exchanged under any circumstances:

  • Sale or discounted items purchased during promotions or offers.

For bangles or sized items, please ensure you select the correct size before ordering. A different size may be available depending on design feasibility, but certain styles cannot be resized or remade if discontinued. You may contact our WhatsApp support team for sizing clarity prior to placing your order.

Steps to Request an Exchange (India Only)

The following steps must be followed:

  1. Notify us within 48 hours/2 days of receiving your order. Email us at support@taaraasya.com with live photos/videos of the issue and the original packaging.
  2. Please include your full name, contact number, address, and order number in the email.
  3. The product should be shipped back to us the same/next day after confirmation of exchange, valid tracking details/docket ID should be provided for the same, with the dispatch date mentioned on it.
  4. Items must be returned in original packaging, including jewellery box, pouches, cards, and protective bubble wrap.
  5. Shipping charges must be borne by the customer.
  6. Once received at our studio, the item will undergo a quality check.
  7. After approval, a credit note will be issued, valid for 1 year, redeemable against any product of equal or higher value.

Taaraasya does not offer refunds.

Additional Notes

  • Products purchased during sales, offers, or discounts are not eligible for exchange.
  • Requests for return will not be accepted.
  • Taaraasya may update or modify this Exchange Policy at any time without prior notice.
